www.mostar.run reserves the right to modify the Purchase Terms at any time, without prior notice. All changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. We are not responsible for any typographical, grammatical, or other unintentional errors in the description of products and services.
Payment Methods (Registration Fee)
The participation fee can be paid using the following methods:
Bank Transfer
Payment is made after successful registration, according to the details displayed on the screen or sent via email after registration.
Payment can be made:
- at a bank
- at a post office
- via online banking
The registration is considered complete and valid once the payment is visible in our bank account, which is usually within one business day after the payment is made.
Credit and Debit Card Payment
Payment is made after registration, according to the instructions displayed on the website or in the confirmation email.
Online payment can be made using the following cards:
- Mastercard®
- Maestro®
- Visa
The registration is considered complete and valid once the payment is recorded in our account, most often within one business day.
Currency Conversion Statement
All transactions are processed in BAM (Convertible Mark).
The amount charged to the card account may be converted into the user’s local currency according to the exchange rate of card providers (Visa and Mastercard), over which www.mostar.run has no control.
Payment Security and Privacy Protection
The security of credit and debit card payments is ensured by applying the highest security standards.
Payment data is protected through:
- SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 128-bit encryption
- secure data transfer between the user’s computer and the payment processing system
This prevents unauthorized access to data during online communication.
Card Data Protection
The payment system uses the WebPay service, which exchanges data with financial institutions via a secure virtual private network (VPN).
The Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard, in compliance with Visa and Mastercard regulations.
The Association does not store credit or debit card data, nor is this data accessible to unauthorized persons at any time.
