As part of the 10th Mostar Run Weekend, the 4K charity race aims to bring together children, parents, and the entire community!

The association “Healthy Life – KINEZIS,” within the 10th Mostar Run Weekend taking place from March 20–22, 2026, invites all primary and secondary schools in the City of Mostar to take part in a special humanitarian project that combines education, art, movement, and community – the 4K charity race under the slogan: Run, walk, cheer, participate, and support your school!

The 4K charity race will be held on March 21, 2026, at 12:00. EVERYONE is invited to run, walk, cheer, or support schools and their work in any way.

The project aims to encourage healthy habits among children and youth, strengthen school communities, and create a more humane and connected city, where solidarity and care for education are a shared responsibility.

Charity races at the Mostar Run Weekend have been held since 2019 and have consistently supported associations, initiatives, and institutions that quietly and dedicatedly make society better, yet are often overlooked.

This year, the focus is on education, with a clear goal of improving learning conditions for children in Mostar’s schools. The race aims to support the education system, especially in visual arts, music, and sports—areas that develop creativity, empathy, discipline, and a sense of community, yet often lack sufficient support despite being essential for healthy development.

“When children run for their school, they don’t just run toward the finish line—they run for a sense of belonging and the support of the entire community,” say the organizers and volunteers of the 4K charity race.

Funds raised through this year’s 4K charity race will be directed to primary and secondary schools in Mostar.

Who can participate and how?
Students, parents, teachers, friends of the school, and all citizens of Mostar can take part by registering for the 4K charity race under the name of their chosen school and running or walking in its support.

The registration fee is 30 KM. A portion of the funds collected will be directly linked to the registered schools. The more runners and supporters, the greater the support for the school.

Schools will also actively participate through creative activities with children as part of the Mostar Run Weekend, including the 10th Rolla Mostar Half Marathon.

A race for everyone
The charity race is 4 kilometers long and open to all – participants can run or walk at their own pace. What matters is being part of the team you choose when registering. We invite all citizens of Mostar to support this project – Run, walk, cheer, participate, and support your school!

Parents, citizens, and friends of schools can register via: www.mostar.run/humanitarna-4k/
When registering, enter the name of the school you wish to support in the “CLUB” field.

By paying the 30 KM registration fee, each participant directly supports the school they choose to run, walk, or cheer for.
