2. General Terms
The content published on the website www.mostar.run is the property of the Association “Zdrav život – Kinezis” and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any copying, distribution, transmission, linking, publishing, or modification of the content without prior written approval of the Organizer is strictly prohibited.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify content, rules, and terms without prior notice. The valid version is always published on the official website.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the race, the participant confirms that they are familiar with these General Terms and fully accept them.

4. Registration and Participation
Participation is possible only after:
- a properly completed registration
- payment of the registration fee (if applicable)
The Organizer reserves the right to:
- limit the number of participants
- close registrations before the deadline
- reject a registration without additional explanation
5. Registration Fee
The amount of the registration fee and the contents of the starter package are defined separately for each race.
The registration fee may include:
- race bib number
- timing chip
- refreshments
- finisher medal
- prizes
- additional content (e.g., After Run Party)
In case of withdrawal, the registration fee is non-refundable.
Elite runners who have completed a half marathon in the last 5 years under:
- 1:15:00 for men
- 1:22:00 for women
are entitled to a free registration.
Applications for free registration are valid until March 1 of the year in which the half marathon takes place, or until registrations close, whichever comes first. Interested participants should contact: [email protected].
Free registrations provided by the Organizer are non-transferable.
Transfer of registration or deferral to the next edition, for races held as part of the Mostar Run Weekend event, is possible no later than March 1 of the year in which the event takes place.
For other races, transfer or deferral is possible only within the deadlines defined for each individual race.
6. Participant Responsibility
By registering and participating in the race, the participant confirms that:
- they participate entirely at their own risk
- they are familiar with the race rules and agree to follow them
- they are aware that participation involves potential risks, including physical injury, health complications, or other consequences, including death
The Organizer provides emergency medical assistance during the race but is not responsible for the participant’s health condition before, during, or after the event.
The participant confirms they are physically fit to take part in the activity and assumes full responsibility for their health.
7. Disqualification
A participant may be disqualified in case of:
- use of unauthorized means of transport
- leaving the marked course
- exchanging or giving their race number to another person
- unsportsmanlike behavior
- failure to follow the Organizer’s instructions
The Organizer’s decision is final.
8. Consent for Photography and Media Use
By registering and participating in the race, the participant gives consent that:
- photos and video recordings taken during the event
- their name and surname in the context of results
may be publicly published and used for promotional, informational, and marketing purposes by the Organizer, including publication on:
- official websites
- social media
- electronic and printed media
- sponsor platforms
The races take place in public areas, and participants accept the presence of media and public recording of the event.
9. Changes and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to change the course, refreshment stations, and aid stations at any time without prior notice. Participants will be informed of any changes via the email address or phone number provided during registration.
In case of extremely unfavorable weather conditions or other circumstances that may endanger the safety and health of participants, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the race. In such cases, participants are not entitled to a refund.
10. Responsibility for Personal Belongings
The Organizer is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of participants’ personal belongings during the race or while present at the event venue. Participants are advised to keep their belongings secure and not leave valuables unattended.
11. Publication of Results
Official race results will be publicly published on the event website.
